Thank you, Lower Adirondack Regional Arts Council (LARAC), for organizing a lovely 2020 Community Arts Grantee Celebration. Such a pleasure to hear from the other grantees about their projects and the many ways our communities are enjoying the arts.
Excited to share that I have been selected to receive a 2020 New York State Council on the Arts (NYSCA) Individual Artist Grant by the Lower Adirondack Regional Arts Council (LARAC) for the creation of a new series of collagraph prints exploring forms and textures commonly found in the natural and agricultural landscapes of Southern Washington County. The grant award ceremony is scheduled for Friday, September 4th, from 5-7pm, at LARAC. Looking forward to sharing news and progress on this project as it evolves.
I am honored to be one of the artists selected to receive the inaugural Binnie Birstein Memorial Scholarship to attend a workshop at the Center for Contemporary Printmaking. I’m looking forward to participating in their educational programming this summer and sharing the results.
